What I'm looking for

I’m looking to build real products end-to-end—shipping reliable full-stack features, working with FastAPI/Next.js, and applying NLP/AI to meaningful problems, especially in healthcare and underrepresented languages.

I’m a Computer Science graduate and full-stack developer who ships production features end-to-end. During my internship at NextCare, I developed healthcare system capabilities in Next.js, TypeScript, FastAPI, and Docker—building Patient Registration, lookup with ABHA ID integration, test order workflows, invoicing, sample barcoding, and multi-channel report delivery.

I’m motivated by impact beyond the code: I built a neural machine translation system for Guinea-Bissau Kriol and published IEEE research on NLP for Portuguese. As a freelancer, I offer full-stack web development, backend engineering, and NLP/data science work, and I bring a reliable, communicative style with strong ownership of outcomes.

Developed production features for a Laboratory Information System, including patient registration with ABHA ID integration and unique PID generation to prevent duplicate records. Built test order creation, invoice/receipt generation, sample barcoding, and AI-powered lab report interpretation with digital-signature approval and multi-channel delivery (WhatsApp, SMS, email).
