I'm building mission-critical retail banking platforms at Alfa-Bank, including high-volume transaction processing, customer interest accrual, and migration from the legacy EQUATION core system.

As Tech Lead for payment processing and reconciliation, I scaled Kafka to 30 partitions and increased single-partition throughput by about 20x while preserving strict per-account ordering and financial consistency. I owned architecture, technical roadmaps, delivery strategy, production stability, and mentoring for a business-critical engineering stream.

At BostonGene, I built Java/Spring Boot microservices and event-processing pipelines for biomedical analytics, improving CQRS projection and query performance by about 5x and reducing end-to-end latency by about 30%. I also delivered a Kafka and API integration with a shared Python/NLP platform that became the pattern adopted by all teams using that service.

Across banking, payments, and biomedical systems, I stay close to implementation and production troubleshooting while designing distributed systems built for consistency, scalability, and high availability.
