At Aga Khan Rural Support Programme India, I conducted a beneficiary survey for an outcome study of agriculture, livelihood, and community development projects. I also contributed to reports and presentations on livelihood improvement, climate-resilient agriculture, women's empowerment, and enterprise development.
With FOUNDATION FOR ECOLOGICAL SECURITY, I worked on an Organic Haat Corner survey about organic farming, farmer participation, and consumer awareness. I used household surveys, focused group discussions, direct interviews, and informal meetings to understand rural community needs.
Through the Krishi Unnat Sahajogi Programme of the Government of Odisha, I supported field surveys, data collection, community awareness activities, and documentation. My work also included e-pest surveillance and interactions with farmers, SHG members, and agricultural input dealers.
During my Rural Agricultural Work Experience, I implemented Participatory Rural Appraisal tools and conducted farmer training on integrated pest management and mixed farming with value addition. I’m continuing an MBA in Rural Management at SCHOOL OF RURAL MANAGEMENT, KIIT University, and have also gained experience in vegetable crop production and bio-pesticide formulation.
