At Softe Sensor.Ai, I designed a driver scheduling, performance-tracking, and shift-management web application from discovery through developer handoff.
I interviewed logistics coordinators and fleet managers, created personas, journey maps, information architecture, and task flows, then translated insights into responsive Figma designs for scheduling and analytics.
I ran heuristic evaluations and moderated usability testing with six participants, iterated on critical usability gaps, and partnered with developers on a detailed design system and style guide. I’m currently pursuing a Master’s in Design (UX) and bring a Fine Arts and Graphic Design foundation to accessible, visually clear interfaces.
