At Bagchi Sri Shankara Cancer Centre and Research Institution, I review oncology study and cancer-registry data for accuracy, completeness, and medical consistency. I identify discrepancies and raise and resolve clinical queries with multidisciplinary care teams.
I perform IDRP activities, including SAE reconciliation and review of eCRFs, lab images, and safety data. For an ongoing quality-of-life study, I review head and neck cancer case data using RECIST 1.1 response criteria and CTCAE grading.
I own HPCR data abstraction, entry, and review before submission to the Cancer Registry of Odisha. I also author and maintain SOPs, checklists, and data-review workflow documentation.
Earlier, as a Junior Dental Surgeon with the National Health Mission, I provided clinical care and contributed planning inputs for an NCD program targeting oral cancer eradication. At Idea Bubbles Consultation Services Pvt. Ltd., I reviewed clinical records and data listings and tracked documentation queries through resolution.
