At Hygiea Informatics, I reviewed complex Workers’ Compensation medical records and prepared chronological summaries and evidence-based appeal reports in accordance with ODG and MTUS/ACOEM guidelines.
I mentored junior associates and reviewed their reports for clinical accuracy, completeness, and guideline compliance. I also contributed to quality improvement by identifying documentation inconsistencies and supporting best practices.
At IQVIA RDS India Pvt. Ltd., I processed clinical trial and post-marketing ICSRs using Argus Safety Database, including MedDRA and WHO Drug coding. Most recently, at Stats Perform, I managed documentation workflows and supported terminology governance and document quality.
