In my Zoho CRM trial activation case study, I analysed customer reviews to identify why trial users stall, then wrote a PRD for setup-aware onboarding. I also documented the API in Postman and shipped a live Replit prototype of a trial setup-risk classifier.
For my Toing order resolution case study, I wrote a PRD covering AI severity triage, customer resolution and delivery ETA accuracy, then prototyped severity classification and resolution logic. I mapped user flows in Figma and defined success metrics and a GA4-style measurement plan; the targets are illustrative, with no business outcome claimed.
