I manage and maintain 3000+ Linux servers (RHEL, SUSE, OEL) across production environments, focusing on system administration, automation, and performance tuning. Since joining Wipro Technologies, I’ve worked on Linux server builds, decommissions, and OS migrations to keep enterprise SLAs on track.

I resolve L2/L3 issues such as user login failures, permission errors, and system performance problems. I also handle user ticketing for account creation, password resets, and access-related problems, and I implement secure user and group management with password policies.

To improve reliability and compliance, I execute patch management using yum, dnf, and rpm and ensure monthly patch compliance. I identify performance bottlenecks to optimize CPU/memory utilization, and I monitor system performance using command-line tools and Zabbix.

Beyond core Linux operations, I coordinate system integration with Oracle DB, middleware, and VM teams, perform RCA for PRB tickets, and support storage reclamation and system recovery. I also work with middleware: deploying composites (JAR, WAR, EAR) via Admin console/CLI and configuring SSL (Key tool).
