I’m looking for a compliance- and litigation-minded role where I can lead regulatory work, strengthen anti-corruption controls, and reduce legal risk with measurable impact—while continuing to grow as a trusted legal partner to the business.

I’m a Legal Technician (Contractor) with Cervecería Nacional Dominicana, the Dominican subsidiary of Anheuser-Busch InBev, where I manage civil, commercial, labor, and administrative litigation. I lead judicial processes and legal strategies focused on risk mitigation, cash preservation, and protecting the company’s interests.

I also drive regulatory compliance for permits, licenses, and applicable regulations across 14 distribution centers nationwide, ensuring operational continuity. By implementing improvements in legal and regulatory risk management, I generated approximately USD 77,000 in H2 savings through reduced contingencies and process optimization.

Previously, as a Legal and Compliance Analyst, I supported the implementation of the Compliance Program for 7 countries in the Central America & Caribbean region—handling conflicts of interest, training sessions, and internal communications to strengthen an ethical culture. I drafted and reviewed commercial agreements, participated in internal audits, supported anti-corruption controls and risk management, and even contributed to the sale of a subsidiary for approximately USD 200 million through shareholding, corporate, and tax regularization.
