I bring extensive, hands-on childcare experience, creating a “safe and nurturing environment” for children from infants to pre-teens. I plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support physical, social, and cognitive development while keeping daily routines organized and predictable.

In my childcare role, I engage children in educational play through games, crafts, and storytelling, and I provide academic support by assisting with homework assignments. I also prepare nutritious meals and snacks according to dietary restrictions or preferences, and I keep play areas, toys, and equipment clean to maintain a hygienic environment.

Safety and well-being are central to how I care. I administer first aid when necessary, promptly address injuries or illnesses, and strictly adhere to established health & safety guidelines. I communicate effectively with parents about daily activities, progress updates, behavioral issues, or concerns, building trust through open, consistent collaboration.

I’m proud of measurable improvements, including implementing effective conflict resolution strategies that reduced disciplinary actions by 90% and managing a group of 6 children simultaneously without compromising safety or quality of care.
