I've provided direct care to clients living with HIV/AIDS at The Medical Research Foundation of Trinidad and Tobago, collecting clinical data, preparing monthly reports, and overseeing daily clinic operations.

At Queen's Park Counselling Centre and Clinic, I specialized in STI care and treatment, HIV testing, and reporting to HACU. I also served as Unofficial Acting Head Nurse at the South Clinic.

Previously, I worked in the Emergency Department at San Fernando General Hospital, where I led a team of emergency nurses and delivered assessments, interventions, and documentation in a high-volume setting.

I bring over 11 years of nursing experience grounded in clinical judgment, patient safety, triage, medication monitoring, documentation, and autonomous practice. I've continued building my leadership, global health, mental health, and project management capabilities through University of Washington programs.
