At Amazon Logistics, I owned last-mile carrier network plans across Spain, Portugal, and Italy, covering 11 carriers and more than 170 million packages annually. I delivered EUR 2M in annual savings through network redesign, lane optimization, critical-pull-time improvements, and carrier portfolio rebalancing.

I rebuilt Correos' last-mile network in Spain, increasing next-day delivery from 19% to 35% of volume in 12 months—the largest speed gain in Southern Europe. I also led carrier performance across Belgium, Luxembourg, Poland, and the UK, including an InPost Poland recovery plan that returned on-time delivery to growth.

I combine transportation planning and carrier management with hands-on analytics in SQL, Python, Redshift, Power BI, and QuickSight. I built reusable automation tooling that reduced network-change submission cycles from one to two hours to about 10 minutes.

Earlier, I built production and pricing analytics solutions at Scania and Market One. I'm a Mechanical Engineer with an MSc in Management, and I work fluently across Spanish, English, French, and conversational Italian.
