A remote Senior Flutter or Senior Mobile Engineer role where I stay hands-on in the code and keep growing as an individual contributor. I want a production Flutter app with real users, where architecture, testing and release quality matter, and a team with clear scope, code review and sensible hours. Also open to contract work.

I'm a Senior Flutter Engineer with 8+ years in software development. Flutter has been my main stack since 2019, alongside native Android (Kotlin, Java), iOS (Swift, Objective-C) and React Native.

Career highlights:
- Led the Flutter migration of Teman Bumil, rebuilding a native Android/iOS app (1M+ downloads, 150K MAU) from scratch as the team's first Flutter developer, and kept 99.5% crash-free sessions.
- Built Bosshire's Flutter job portal from concept to production: 10K+ downloads, 2.5K MAU, 4.8/5 rating, with real-time chat and push notifications. I also built the Next.js employer dashboard.
- Introduced unit testing and TDD on a large production app (40% coverage), and set up CI/CD with Fastlane, Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
