I’m a motivated and reliable individual at the beginning of my career, eager to learn and develop new skills. I’m adaptable, responsible, and I work well both independently and in a team.

In Malta, I’ve worked as a Security Guard where I was responsible for guest safety, access control, incident response, and maintaining order on premises. I also recorded client needs, developed a response plan, and performed an evacuation pull-tag test.

Earlier, as an Operations Manager in Belgrade, I led event management, marketing, and media coordination. That experience strengthened my ability to organize operations, coordinate details, and stay effective under real-world pressure.

I also build a strong technical foundation through certifications in IT support and CompTIA (ITF+), plus a Help Desk certification. With skills in IT troubleshooting, hardware/software support, customer support, and basic networking, I bring a problem-solving mindset to both operational and technical work.
