What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my QA background to AI model evaluation and LLM output quality assessment, designing rubrics, testing response quality, identifying failure modes, and driving continuous improvement in complex systems.

I've tested complex products at Hoymiles, Enphase Energy, US Bank, HealthSparq, Moovel, and Oregon Catholic Press, documenting reproducible defects and root-cause hypotheses that help teams improve quality.

My QA work spans solar microinverters and storage, financial software, healthcare applications, mobile transit, and e-commerce. At Enphase Energy, I achieved 40% of success metrics within my first month through systematic quality reviews and diagnostic assessments.
