I’m a technically proficient IT graduate with hands-on experience spanning full-stack software development and practical institutional IT support. I build and integrate systems using Microsoft technologies (C#, ASP.NET MVC/WebAPI, and .NET Core) while bringing strong object-oriented foundations across Java, C++, Kotlin, and PHP.

From my internships, I’ve delivered reliable help desk and troubleshooting support, improving customer satisfaction through clear communication and timely issue resolution.
