I'm a native-English editor and Russian–English translator with more than 25 years' experience – the last 15 as Lead Editor-Translator-Writer with the CEO Office at Kaspersky, where I render all the CEO's output, publication-ready, in English: his blog, books, presentations, and social channels – for which I also write original copy.

I rewrote and maintain Kaspersky's global English Style Guide (based upon AP Style) – the mechanism that keeps the company's voice consistent across every channel and every market. I'm also Lead English Editor for the Kaspersky Daily blog.

I've built my own two-stage AI prompt pipeline: one pass for translation based on my voice and tone rules and other guidelines, and a second, separate pass that applies my house style. Keeping the two apart stops style fixes from quietly changing meaning. I then edit the output myself while referring back to the original: the final judgment on the blend between direct translation accuracy and suitable localization for the English reader stays mine.

Before Kaspersky, I edited where imprecision carries legal and financial consequences: official translations of Russian legislation, Central Bank of Russia publications, and in-house editorial roles at two international law firms (Baker & McKenzie, Coudert Brothers / Orrick) and a global PR consultancy (PBN / Hill+Knowlton Strategies).
