At Jabil, I support EHS programs for approximately 1,400 employees across four business units and 16 departments. I manage a monthly portfolio of roughly seven concurrent compliance, corrective-action, training-enablement, and digital-improvement initiatives.

I designed and piloted an EHS training and attendance workflow using Microsoft Power Apps, SharePoint, and Power Automate, replacing paper rosters with electronic signatures, automated PDF records, searchable history, and measurable controls. I turn technical requirements, regulatory obligations, and incident lessons into field-usable training aids, visual standards, communications, and decision-support materials.

Previously at Xylem, I led OSHA VPP Star readiness across three facilities through gap analyses, roadmaps, mock audits, evidence development, and employee-involvement initiatives. I also built contractor-safety controls and helped reduce OSHA recordable injuries from eight annually to one annually across the sites.

My background spans manufacturing, distribution, construction, environmental compliance, industrial hygiene, and GIS field data. As a PMP and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, I bring practical project management, training governance, and audit-ready documentation to operational safety challenges.
