I am a versatile software developer and IT support professional with a Master of Information Systems Management and over a decade of hands-on experience building, releasing, and supporting production software. My background bridges the gap between software engineering and technical support, with deep expertise in C#.NET application development, Python automation, and providing remote desktop support for a 300+ user base.

A major highlight of my career is creating and maintaining an open-source smart TV application for LG webOS. The project has garnered over 20,000 downloads and 450+ GitHub stars. As the sole maintainer, I manage the full CI/CD pipeline using GitHub Actions, having pushed 50+ production releases while providing same-day issue triage for the community. I also develop and operate commercial software, such as my Python-based mobile automation platform, StubBot.

Beyond coding, my interests lie in cybersecurity, hardware repair, and reverse engineering. Restored full device functionality for a discontinued IoT smart air purifier after the vendor was acquired and shut down the official application, leaving hardware unusable. Reverse-engineered the abandoned application binary in Ghidra to recover the Bluetooth Low Energy pairing sequence, encryption scheme, and local key derivation logic.
