I've managed daily construction operations at Red Furnesse CO., LTD, coordinating workers, subcontractors, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to keep work safe, on schedule, and aligned with specifications.

I oversee renovation and finishing work, including demolition, repairs, installation, painting, tiling, ceilings, and carpentry. I inspect building conditions, protect existing structures, manage limited-space logistics, and communicate design changes and progress with clients and consultants.

As a Quantity Surveyor at CBC-Civil and Building Construction, I developed cost-effective plans, performed cost analysis and value engineering, and applied cost controls to help prevent overruns. I used AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel to prepare estimates and progress reports while resolving cost, time, and scope disputes.

My site engineering and supervision experience includes planning construction activities, interpreting blueprints, inspecting quality, managing materials, maintaining site documentation, and implementing health and safety procedures.
