At YAKILI, I coordinated a six-person team producing a library of over a thousand digital learning videos. I assigned roles and tracked tasks in ClickUp so videos weren’t lost or sent for editing twice.
I managed the content cycle from collecting videos from teachers to organising them by language, class and subject, then sending them for editing and reorganising the finished versions. I also followed up to verify completed work and shared monthly progress reports with international sponsors.
At Jabba Trading LLC, I designed a Google Sheets records system that replaced a handwritten process and cut report preparation from hours to under five minutes. I also added automatic calculations and monthly summaries.
At YAKILI, I taught Computer Science on camera and produced recorded learning videos. I’ve also administered a school-wide academic platform and coordinated exam-entry documentation at Christ the King College.
