What I'm looking for
I'm currently planning production and environmental operations at Inox Diệu Thịnh, coordinating material processing, workforce allocation, maintenance, utility monitoring, and industrial waste treatment to keep manufacturing operations stable.
I build automated Excel tools and interactive KPI dashboards that reduce manual reporting work and support operational decision-making. I also establish SOPs, optimize processing parameters, and analyze costs to improve productivity while reducing processing time.
During my Supply Chain internship at DUYTAN Recycling, I analyzed inbound receiving and unloading processes using Fishbone diagrams and 5M1E root-cause analysis. I proposed a Just-In-Time solution to reduce unloading delays while working within site procedures.
Through projects for Thiên Long and Namilux, I applied Lean thinking, the SCOR model, and Bullwhip-effect analysis to identify waste, improve production flow, and propose cost-saving supply chain improvements.
