At DNSE Securities, I built and extended an internal CRM platform used by Customer Success agents to manage client interactions and customer operations. I also built the HDSD platform from the ground up, moving content from Directus to an in-house backend.
I contributed to Go loyalty-service APIs and event-driven game backends, working across API, database, and workflow logic. I also designed the BFF API contract for a broker-facing churn workflow.
At CyStack Cyber Security, I developed a cross-platform endpoint agent deployed on 500+ devices and built Go backend APIs and configuration management systems. I implemented Windows event monitoring and designed a custom DNS resolver for enterprise domain filtering.
