At Viettel IDC, I own the managed Kubernetes portfolio, designing, deploying, and operating vSphere Kubernetes Service and VMware Tanzu Kubernetes Grid on VMware Cloud Foundation 9.0 for enterprise customers including Viettel Telecom, Viettel Post, and VPS.
I introduced VKS on VCF 9.0 and manage the underlying vSphere, vCenter, SDDC Manager, NSX-T, and VMware Cloud Director stack. Earlier at Viettel Network, I supported national-scale network operations, optimized DNS services, maintained Linux servers, and automated recurring operational work with Bash.

System owner for Viettel IDC's managed Kubernetes portfolio, accountable for architecture, release readiness, day-2 operations, and service quality. Led the introduction of vSphere Kubernetes Service (VKS) on VMware Cloud Foundation 9.0, bringing Public-Cloud-grade Kubernetes to Private Cloud customers.
