At Merritshot, I conducted an end-to-end HR attrition analysis using employee data to identify business drivers and inform retention recommendations. I also built an interactive Power BI dashboard for monitoring attrition trends.

For AgriStore, a CSR-driven agricultural e-commerce initiative, I acted as Business Analyst and applied a V-Model SDLC approach from requirements through validation. I authored project documentation, including a README and an account of the requirement-to-delivery process.

My analytics projects include dashboards and analyses across elections, healthcare, agriculture, retail, and e-commerce. I’ve used tools such as Power BI, SQL, Excel, and Python to examine data and present findings.

Before this, as a Senior Research Fellow at Rajasthan College of Agriculture & Anand Agricultural University, I collected, validated, and analyzed scientific datasets. I also prepared technical reports and presented findings to support data-driven decisions.
