I am a dedicated Geoinformatics professional with hands-on experience in GIS, remote sensing, and spatial analysis gained through university study and multiple industry attachments.
During placements with the Kenya Space Agency, Geoflex Consultants and Taita Taveta University I conducted field data collection, image analysis, and produced land use/land cover maps from satellite imagery.
I develop automation scripts and geoprocessing tools using Python and ArcPy, and build interactive maps and visualizations to support research and planning efforts.
I am committed to applying geospatial technology to real-world challenges, contributing to sustainable urban planning, land parcel management, and improved decision-making through spatial insights.
