I am an experienced Business Analyst with 3.5 years of experience supporting business solution software and analyzing business operations. I have also worked as a Technical Support Engineer. In my current role at ALLEN CAREER INSTITUTE PVT LTD, I analyze key aspects of the business to evaluate factors driving results and summarize them into presentations. I gather functional and non-functional requirements documents using cases and test plans from product definitions. I support the design, build, and deployment of IT solutions in the SDLC. I have developed test cases for unit testing and prepared spreadsheets for testing criteria, including regression, positive and negative testing, process flow testing, and screenshots for test results. I am constantly learning new skills and applying them to daily tasks, improving efficiency and productivity. I have also participated in team-building activities to enhance working relationships.
