Owned all technology, product, and fundraising for a food delivery startup, solo-architecting and building the full backend and platform stack. Built the customer marketplace and delivery partner apps, including real-time rider location, and integrated Razorpay payments.

Co-built an AI task-marketplace and copilot product from zero to production with a small team. Owned application architecture and backend development, integrated Stripe subscriptions, and built an agentic pipeline to categorize and route tasks to the best-matching copilot.

Built a B2B e-commerce and hyperlocal task-discovery platform connecting traders, retailers, and field sales teams. Managed a team of 5 engineers and scaled the platform to 10K+ users and 500K+ monthly sales within three months of launch.

Worked on deep-tech optical network planning and simulation software for computing optimal placement of optical transport equipment. Migrated and re-architected the simulation engine on AWS to run in parallel, deployed on ECS with Spot Instances, reducing simulation turnaround time from hours to minutes.

Deployed Playment's data-labelling tooling for a client's self-driving-car ML models onto the client's own cloud infrastructure. Built Airflow pipelines for cleaning and anonymizing image data as part of the labelling workflow.

Built the core system for tracking package movement and supporting inbound/outbound scanning for internal ops and enterprise clients. Engineered event pipelines processing 5M+ events/day on AWS Kinesis and built a theft-detection audit system covering 1M+ daily shipments (still in production).

Earned an Integrated M.Tech in Mathematics and Computing at IIT Delhi from 2010 to 2015.
