I’m a senior test engineering consultant with 8.6 years of experience guiding the development, execution, and maintenance of test procedures—delivering clear test results and reports. I build and execute test plans and cases, and I work closely with development teams and cross-functional partners to drive timely defect resolution and continuous test-process improvements.
My core strength is automation across teams and methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile. I’ve implemented Selenium-based automation (Java and Python), set up BDD using Cucumber and Gherkin, used Robot Framework for report generation, and performed functional, regression, integration, and API testing. Most recently, I’ve expanded into AI agent testing by validating prompts and building automation scripts to reduce manual testing effort.
Experience
Work history, roles, and key accomplishments
Tested AI agent prompt behavior by trying and rephrasing prompts, identifying unexpected responses, and reporting issues for required prompt updates. Built Python Selenium automation to reduce manual testing of prompts and used MABL to run regression scripts for clinical-trials automation work.
Automated two inter-linked banking applications using Python, Selenium, and Robot Framework, including data-driven execution from Excel and coordinated with functional teams to understand requirements and test cases. Developed and executed a Java Swing UI for running Java classes, created Cucumber steps for account/group maintenance automation, and used SQL to generate and validate test data.
Performed QA for an agile banking program calculating transaction risks, maintaining sprint task and defect records in JIRA and test cases in ALM. Created Selenium+Java+Cucumber automation for regression testing, coordinated defect updates with end users and developers, and executed new release/fix verification activities.
Executed test cases and managed the full defect lifecycle using IBM Rational, including creating and updating test cases based on user stories for waterfall projects. Performed front-end/back-end testing across Salesforce and PeopleSoft and used SQL to search data and create test data.
