I’ve spent three decades working with youths as a manager and trainer across education, arts, sports, culture, and church, bringing a collaborative yet decisive style. I’m known for creative and critical thinking, quick adaptation to challenges, and an uncompromising work ethic.
I build and lead systems that improve performance—devising integrated competitions for provincial tournaments, handling organisational and administrative responsibilities, and strengthening finances and governance through roles such as Treasurer and President within basketball structures. I also advocate an innovation-evaluation cycle to keep improving programs and outcomes.
Currently, I combine coaching and leadership as Founder & Director and Athletics & Basketball Coach, while also lecturing and teaching. My focus is practical relationship building, identifying and developing athletes, and using sport/physical activity to enhance academic performance for individuals and pupil-athletes.
