I’m a detail-oriented QA Engineer with 6+ years of experience validating complex distributed systems, remote desktop platforms, and cross-platform applications. I focus on preventing production incidents through thorough system-level investigation and evidence-driven defect work.

At HP Inc., I contributed to 4 annual releases of HP Anyware (PCoIP), consistently identifying ~30 defects per release cycle before they reached production. I tested across Linux (RHEL/AlmaLinux), Windows, macOS, and Android, and I investigated issues like connection failures, black screens, and GPU driver conflicts to protect the end-user experience.

My strength is deep debugging: I analyze system and application logs across multi-component environments to identify root causes and accelerate developer resolution. I also validate GPU acceleration and NVIDIA driver compatibility across physical and virtual setups, including multi-monitor, HiDPI, and resolution scaling configurations.

I collaborate closely with developers and DevOps teams within Agile/Scrum, and I verify secure connectivity configurations under varied network and hardware setups. Earlier, at KodePloy, I designed end-to-end test cases for web and mobile applications, performed API testing with Postman, validated backend data integrity with SQL queries, and managed defect lifecycles in Jira.
