I've led Central Automation and Central Utilities at AMNS India, overseeing automation, process control, IoT, maintenance, operations, cost optimization, and innovation across steel operations.

I manage teams of 40+ Central Automation resources and 202 Utilities resources while driving programs for Hazira-Surat and Rajyapeta. My career has progressed from Graduate Engineer Trainee to Zonal Head and Vice President-level leadership roles.

I've maintained L2 systems, networking, hardware, software, and SCADA across 35 plants; automated more than 300 production and business reports through Tableau and ASP.NET web portals; and led digital transformation and Business Excellence initiatives.

In Utilities, I've delivered water treatment, RO, gas, HVAC, and utility-grid programs, reducing water consumption from 5.5 to 3.2 m3/TCS and then 2.4 m3/TCS. I'm proud of building systems recognized by BEE and government bodies, conserving more than 2 million m3 of rainwater, and sustaining zero injury under my leadership.
