What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a dynamic team where I can manage engaging social media and support people with empathy. I want hands-on responsibility, clear communication, and opportunities to keep growing in my career.

I’m an undergraduate in Psychology and Counseling who brings a motivated, adaptable mindset to every role. I combine strong communication, relationship building, and empathetic support to help people feel heard and supported.

In my work as a Social Media Manager for an independent music brand, I managed high-engagement social media platforms and contributed to a combined audience of over 100,000 followers and subscribers. I also handled customer service responsibilities—welcoming clients, understanding needs, providing clear service information, managing inquiries, scheduling appointments, maintaining customer records, and ensuring smooth communication.

My experience extends into counseling support and teaching. As an Assistant Counselor (Internship), I supported the school counselor through observing student behavior, engaging in student interviews and activities, and practicing confidentiality; as a Music Teacher, I delivered Western music theory, vocal training, organized practices and events, and supported student confidence through engaging, supportive methods. I’m excited to contribute to a dynamic team while continuing to grow professionally.
