I am Dr. Navya Pande, a dedicated psychologist with extensive experience in academia and clinical practice. I have served as an Assistant Professor at renowned institutions such as Christ University and Amity University, where I have contributed to the field of psychology through teaching, research, and mentorship. My academic journey culminated in a Ph.D. from Kumaun University, where I explored cognitive and spatial abilities from a neuropsychological perspective.

Throughout my career, I have been committed to enhancing mental health through evidence-based practices. I have completed various certifications, including advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Clinical Hypnotherapy.
