At Emicon Advisory Services LLP, I extracted, analyzed, and validated HR datasets using SQL and PL/SQL to support workforce analytics and business reporting.
I developed BI Publisher reports and dashboards for HR, Talent, Compensation, and Learning, and worked with stakeholders to gather requirements for reporting solutions.
I also performed Oracle HCM data migration and reconciliation using HCM Data Loader, and supported SIT/UAT, report validation, defect resolution, and production support.
In my projects, I built a heart disease prediction model and an interactive Power BI dashboard, and developed SQL-based HR analytics reports. As a Business Analyst Intern at Aidwave & Reliver, I gathered requirements and analyzed business data to support product improvements and decisions.
