At 1218 Global India Pvt. Ltd., I translate HR business processes into design specifications and develop, test, and schedule BI Publisher reports and data models using SQL. I also support HCM data migrations with HDL and HSDL and assist with Oracle Integration Cloud connections.

Previously, at Dhandhania Infotech, I analyzed operational data with SQL and Excel and built KPI dashboards and MIS reports. My project work includes Oracle Fusion HCM reporting and data models, OTBI analyses, and Power BI dashboards with star-schema models and DAX measures.
