I'm currently validating PLC, HMI, firmware, and automation software products at Horner Engineering India, developing manual test plans and detailed test cases for industrial control platforms.
I test protocol compliance across hardware platforms including Modbus TCP, CSCAN, Ethernet/IP, CANOpen, J1939, and MQTT. I've also tested beta firmware and Cscape software for new ladder HMI features, verified fixes for customer issues, and produced validation, release, and defect reports.
Previously at Aequus Engineered Plastics, I designed manufacturing automation solutions, programmed PLCs and stepper motors, and developed electrical panels and HMI systems. I also supported machine commissioning, root-cause analysis, process improvement, and production troubleshooting.
At SR Automations, I built PLC programs, HMI screens, and SCADA systems; delivered servo motion applications and VFD commissioning; and established industrial networking solutions. I bring hands-on experience supporting customers remotely and commissioning machines through to operational readiness.
