At Siemens, I lead an 11-member cross-functional quality team spanning product, performance, and system testing for Edge BMS products. I align quality priorities and release objectives with global product, engineering, and support stakeholders.
I established System Test capability from the ground up, including test infrastructure, strategy, plans, and test cases for complex IT/OT environments with 300+ connected devices. I build end-to-end automated workflows using C#, NUnit, Playwright, TypeScript, CI/CD, virtual machines, and physical PLC devices, and created an AI-assisted engineering-data validation utility that saved approximately 100 hours of release test time.
Across Siemens and earlier industrial automation roles, I've delivered product, integration, system, regression, and hardware-software-firmware testing while working with BMS, PLC/SCADA, Edge/IoT, and industrial protocols. I also mentor engineers, grow testing capability, investigate product failures, and bring hands-on controls experience from Rockwell, Siemens, KUKA, power plant, steel plant, and automotive environments.
