What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a full-time role with professional challenges where I can use my interpersonal skills, excellent time management, and problem-solving, while adapting to new technology and maintaining accurate payroll and accounting records.

I’m a US Payroll Executive maintaining and updating employees’ payroll records in QuickBooks, including inputting new hires, distributing paychecks and pay stubs, and processing deductions. I also handle the 941 payment to the Government and assist in quarterly tax filing to keep payroll records accurate and compliant.

Previously, as an Assistant Manager - Accounts & ADMIN (2019–2024) and Accounts Officer (2017–2019), I worked across journals, sales and purchase ledgers, and spreadsheets, executing vendor setup, administering bank accounts, and performing account reconciliations. I coordinate with auditors regarding annual returns and carefully calculate and check that payments and taxation amounts match the records, while managing petty cash and company vehicle records.
