At Chughtai Lab Lahore, I run PCR testing for MTB-RIF, swine flu, COVID-19, and HIV, and perform DNA/RNA detection using the fully automated Cobas 6800. I also carry out test method validation and daily maintenance, quality control, and troubleshooting on laboratory instruments.
Previously, at Turab Hospital Diagnostics and Aga Khan Laboratories, I worked across hematology, coagulation, chemistry, microbiology, and blood banking. My work included PCR and DNA extraction, microbial culture and drug sensitivity testing, and preparing and reporting laboratory results.
