I am a Medical Laboratory & Molecular Pathology professional with 15+ years of experience, including 5 years as Lab Manager. I specialize in molecular diagnostics and laboratory operations, and I bring strong academic grounding across MLT, Biochemistry, and Molecular Pathology.

In my Lab Manager role, I directed laboratory personnel and operations—optimizing workflows, managing scheduling and TAT oversight, and ensuring adherence to PHC, JCI, ISO, and AABB accreditation standards. I lead QMS documentation and continuous quality improvement, including SOP development, incident management, CAPA, CQI, and internal/external audits, while maintaining data integrity, equipment calibration/maintenance, and inventory control.

I also validate and implement novel assays/technologies and use KPI analysis to drive performance reporting, process optimization, and operational efficiency. Earlier as a Lab Technologist, I managed daily laboratory operations, supported accreditation compliance through SOP review and updates, performed blood product testing and microbiological analyses, and contributed to teaching and quality-improvement initiatives—building the leadership, discipline, and patient-care focus I bring to every team.
