I am a Master's student in Molecular Biology and Genetics with hands-on experience in molecular laboratory techniques, clinical testing, and genomic data analysis across European research and clinical settings. I have performed DNA extraction, PCR, gel electrophoresis, NGS variant filtering using eVai (engenome), and Sanger validation, and I routinely use Nanodrop and Qubit for quality control.
I bring clinical lab experience from ophthalmology diagnostics and neurophysiology, plus research exposure in environmental sampling and physiology. I collaborate effectively, combine wet-lab skills with bioinformatics tools (R, BASH, Excel), and am focused on transitioning into genetic counseling to apply genomics to patient care and family-based variant interpretation.
