I designed QuietCircle, a digital safety and companion app for LGBTQ+ youth, using discovery research, user interviews, surveys, information architecture, personas, journey maps, and high-fidelity prototypes.
For Pursuit OCR, I translated site and user research into mobile-first registration, leaderboard, and race-management flows. I led five usability tests, produced detailed design specifications, and partnered with a full-stack developer to maintain design-to-code fidelity.
At Shalom Village, I facilitated VR-in-aging-care research with eight end-users, synthesized 43 peer-reviewed studies, and presented technology-investment recommendations to leadership. I ground my work in WCAG 2.1, AODA, inclusive design, and rapid AI-supported prototyping.
