What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an opportunity to create user-centered digital experiences, contribute UX research and usability testing, and grow through end-to-end product design work.

I've completed UX/UI projects for a streaming platform, digital voting system, and subscription management platform, turning research and usability findings into clear design recommendations and intuitive workflows.

I use Figma to create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, responsive interfaces, and scalable design systems. My background in client support and fast-paced service environments strengthens my empathy, communication, and user-centered problem solving.
