At CCG Systems, I coordinate three concurrent software implementation projects for municipal clients. I maintain project plans, milestone trackers, and risk registers, and prepare weekly status reports.
For a phased biometric time-and-attendance rollout, I track dependencies, risks, and progress across five phases, 42 sites, and 3,000 users. I also identified and escalated a port issue blocking ERP integration, helping integration and testing begin.
Before CCG Systems, I ran the launch of a new branch at The Moldenhauer Group (Red Lavender Trading), coordinating suppliers, stock, logistics, and staffing so it opened on schedule. I also onboarded a team of 30.
I'm CAPM and PSM I certified, with experience using Odoo, task boards, and spreadsheets to keep work organised. I'm available for US business hours in a fully remote role.
