Natasha Work-Rodgers
@natashawork-rodgers
Event Project Manager delivering high-end conferences and events through precise planning, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.
What I'm looking for
I’m an Event Project Manager with a background across a broad range of industries and event planning, focused on creating excellent client experiences. I enjoy taking ownership from research through delivery, keeping stakeholders aligned while building smooth, high-performing experiences for attendees and guests.
In my recent role, I led planning and delivery of the annual EMEA Banking conference in Paris for 140 attendees, supporting contracting, budgeting, and travel execution. I also managed venue research and compiled detailed reporting, coordinated rooming lists, restaurant reservations, and attendance lists, and collaborated with high-ranking stakeholders to understand individual needs and design effective meeting collateral.
My experience also includes client-based planning as a Wedding Coordinator and Meeting and Events Planning Executive, where I created bespoke proposals, negotiated prices and packages, arranged site visits, and maintained accurate bookings and function sheets (including Opera PMS updates). I’ve additionally supported high-profile hospitality at the British Film Institute (BFI), contributed to inclusion-focused programming as a University participation advisor, and previously led festival operations by coordinating and briefing 140+ volunteers—bringing adaptability, problem-solving, and decision-making to every event.
