At ZeroNorth Technologies, I manage a ShipPalm ERP module, lead a three-member team, and deliver business enhancements, integrations, and production support. I learned Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to implement solutions within ShipPalm and led integration with the yard portal for seamless data exchange.
Previously at Ramco Systems, I supported and developed Ramco Magna ERP, Dealer Management System, and ERP OnDemand PRIMA Suite for more than 15 years. I led development and support teams, delivered DMS-to-SAP integrations across around 105 inbound and outbound touchpoints, and built C#.NET web services and APIs for customer integrations.
I bring hands-on experience in SQL Server, .NET, performance tuning, database review, production troubleshooting, QA, DevOps automation with Git and Jenkins, and mentoring engineers. I enjoy solving customer problems, improving processes through automation, and helping teams deliver reliable business systems.
