What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a team where I can own Rails features end-to-end—shipping, upgrading safely in production, and building reliable multi-tenant B2B SaaS with strong collaboration.

I’m a Ruby on Rails developer with 3+ years building and maintaining a multi-tenant SaaS platform and the B2B client systems on top of it. I’m comfortable owning features end-to-end—from stakeholder requirements through production deployment.

Recently, I led a Rails 5 to 8 / Ruby 2.6 to 3.4 upgrade on a live production system serving 45,000+ users. I owned the upgrade plan, dependency audit, and the code and test fixes across major-version breaks, then executed the cutover.

I’ve shipped platform core features (data table, form builder, workflow, reporting engine) and B2B client apps serving thousands of end customers. I built automated client communication systems (SMS and email) with trigger rules on Sidekiq, implemented quote and invoice workflows with PDF generation, and integrated Stripe, Xero, Sentry, SMS providers, and payroll platforms.
