What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a Surgical Technologist role where I can support ophthalmic and microsurgical cases, uphold strict sterile and patient-safety standards, and collaborate with surgeons and teams while keeping patient experience and workflow efficient.

I’m a Surgical Technologist who scrubs and assists in ophthalmologic and oculoplastic procedures, including cataract extraction with intraocular lens placement, retinal detachment repair, macular hole repair, blepharoplasty, and eyebrow lifts. I prepare operating rooms with procedure-specific instruments, maintain strict sterile field integrity in compliance with AORN standards, and perform and document surgical counts with circulating nurses to protect patient safety.

Beyond the OR, I’ve built a strong patient-care and operations background as a Physician Liaison and Team Lead of Patient Care. I coordinate referrals, scheduling, and multidisciplinary follow-up, oversee high-volume clinic operations, train staff, and support clear patient education—bringing both clinical precision and an efficient, patient-first mindset to every case.
