I’m a Manual QA Engineer with 6 years of experience testing web and mobile applications, with a strong focus on API testing, backend logic, integrations, and end-to-end workflows. I enjoy validating complex product behavior across multiple platforms while keeping product quality at the center of my work.

In my QA Engineer role at Product Madness, I test multi-platform consumer features with real-time functionality, payment processing, admin tools, user engagement, and backend integrations for web and mobile (iOS/Android). I run functional, regression, integration, exploratory, smoke, sanity, and end-to-end testing—especially around API negative scenarios with Postman and business-critical flows like in-app purchases.

I also take a proactive approach to debugging and test execution: I investigate issues using Chrome DevTools, Charles Proxy, and New Relic. I create and maintain testcases, checklists, and testruns in TestRail, report and track bugs in Jira, and validate event-driven architecture by verifying message publication with RabbitMQ and GCP Pub/Sub.

Earlier, as a Junior QA Engineer at SoftServe, I worked on a pharmaceutical web application with complex bonus and rebate calculations, supporting requirements analysis and test design. I hold ISTQB Certified Tester (Foundation Level), and I bring an Agile mindset and cross-functional collaboration to every release I help ship.
